Meet your orthodontist

Dr. Kelley Dentino

Dr. Kelley Dentino brings a depth of orthodontic expertise rarely found in private practice, combined with a deep understanding of what today’s families really need: convenience, clarity, and personal connection.

After graduating magna cum laude from Boston College, Dr. Kelley went on to attend Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Her advanced training includes a two-year craniofacial research fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital and a one-year oral and maxillofacial surgery internship at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. She later completed her two-year orthodontic residency at Marquette University.

As a board-eligible orthodontist and a member of AAO, WSO, ADA, WDA, and MSO, Dr. Kelley is highly qualified in all aspects of orthodontic care. What makes her work stand out is her holistic, patient-centered approach to care. With 12 peer-reviewed publications and 13 years of clinical experience spanning orthodontics, general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, ENT/airway, and sleep medicine, Dr. Kelley has the knowledge and skills to build unique solutions for each case. Her treatment plans are always tailored to support confidence, minimize stress, and keep quality of life front and center.

Dr. Kelley’s years of training in craniofacial development give her a unique ability to manage complex cases, including surgical planning and multidisciplinary treatment. The most valuable education she has received, however, has been becoming a mother. This experience has shaped her approach to care—prioritizing each child’s psychosocial well-being and treating every patient as if they were her own child. She is deeply passionate about youth mental health and strives to create an environment where children feel comfortable, empowered, seen, and valued. Dr. Kelley partners closely with parents to choose treatment plans that reflect each family’s goals, values, and priorities, and finds great fulfillment in building lasting relationships and watching her patients grow into confident young adults.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll find her playing tennis, practicing yoga, hiking in national parks, or spending time with her family.

Meet your pediatric dentist

Dr. Casey Dentino

Dr. Casey Dentino grew up right here in Brookfield, WI, as one of seven siblings in a big, lively family. Surrounded by kids and grounded in strong family values, he developed a lifelong love for working with children and creating spaces that feel welcoming and safe. Inspired by his father, a periodontist and longtime faculty member at Marquette Dental School, Casey followed in his footsteps alongside his sister Kelley to build a practice rooted in compassion, family, and community.

After earning his undergraduate degree at Loyola University Chicago and his dental degree at Marquette University, Dr. Casey completed a two-year pediatric dentistry residency at Indiana University and Riley Hospital for Children. There, he gained extensive experience treating medically complex patients, children with craniofacial conditions, special needs, and hospital-based dentistry, in addition to comprehensive outpatient care. Upon completing residency, he was awarded the prestigious G.R. Baker Fellowship, a nomination-based honor selected by his co-residents for being the “most well-liked resident” and for embodying kindness, integrity, positivity, calm under pressure, and a great sense of humor.

Known for his calm, reassuring presence—and his signature whistle, which you’ll often hear before you see him—Dr. Casey has a rare ability to put kids instantly at ease. He can whistle any tune in any key and is equally talented at spot-on impressions of cartoon characters and movie stars, turning dental visits into fun, confidence-building experiences kids genuinely enjoy. His passion for working with children began years earlier through his long-standing volunteer work with Best Buddies, mentoring children with special needs since high school.

Outside the office, Dr. Casey is an enthusiastic (and admittedly intense) fantasy sports fan, sometimes juggling more leagues than anyone thinks is reasonable. Most importantly, he is a devoted husband and father to two daughters, and being a dad is his greatest joy. His mission is to create a true dental home—where every child feels safe, supported, and celebrated, and where families know their children are cared for like family.

Let the fun begin!

Here’s what a first visit looks like

We know that first impressions matter. That’s why your first visit is designed to be warm, welcoming, and centered around your family's comfort. Whether your child is here for a cleaning, an orthodontic consult, or a restorative treatment, you can expect a laid-back, supportive environment where all your questions are answered.

Patient Experience

Kids stay engaged and at ease thanks to a kid-friendly atmosphere and team members who know how to speak their language. Parents are always invited to join their child in the operatory, and you’ll never be pressured into treatment that doesn’t make sense for your family. We work with you to develop care plans that fit your life and needs—no stress, no surprises.

What to Bring

Help us prepare for your child’s visit by bringing:

Insurance information

Completed digital/paperless new patient forms (if not already submitted)

Any relevant dental records or x-rays

Your child’s comfort item if desired (stuffed animal, toy, etc.)

A modern office designed with parents and kids in mind

At Dentino Dental, we believe visiting the dentist should feel easy—for parents and fun for kids. That’s why we’ve built our office with thoughtful amenities and the latest dental technology to make appointments quicker, smoother, and more comfortable from start to finish.

Kid-focused comfort features

Our space includes a dedicated kid’s play area, TVs with shows and movies at every chair, and comfy wireless headphones to help little ones feel right at home. From the waiting area to the treatment bay, you’ll find an atmosphere designed to lighten the mood and create positive associations with dental visits.

Comfort for Parents & Kids

We make visits easy for the whole family with flexible scheduling, virtual appointments, and payment options to fit your needs. Parents can stay close with their child, observe from nearby rooms, or relax in our spa-like garden-level waiting area—with complimentary beverages to enjoy during your visit.

Fully digital orthodontic workflow

Our office uses a fully digital workflow for both orthodontic and pediatric care, reducing appointment times and improving accuracy. Children can receive quick, comfortable digital scans that show parents in real time where cavities may be and allow us to track dental development over time—meaning fewer visits and less disruption to your schedule.

In-office sedation available

To make dental visits safer and more comfortable for our pediatric patients, we offer a variety of sedation options to keep your child calm in the chair.

Collaborative, Whole-Child Care

We take a team-based approach to your child’s health, working closely with trusted specialists—including surgeons, pediatricians, myofunctional therapists, speech therapists, and sleep physicians—when needed. This collaboration ensures that every aspect of your child’s development and well-being is considered, so care is thoughtful, comprehensive, and tailored to their unique needs.

We're proud to give back

As Brookfield natives now raising their own families here, Dr. Kelley and Dr. Casey are deeply committed to giving back to the community that shaped them. Through the Dentino Smiles Community Fund, they donate a portion of their annual profits to child-focused charities. This year, they are proud to support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Best Buddies, and Make-A-Wish Wisconsin—extending their care far beyond the walls of the practice.
